Bianca Betheldo (aka Anca) has dedicated her life to children. For over 10 years she has worked as a nanny and an early childhood carer, establishing and maintaining meaningful roles with countless families.
She has a Bachelor of Arts/Education in Primary and Secondary schooling, but has dedicated the bulk of her career to working with kids under 24 months of age. Her passion for early childhood has been further supported by qualifications such as : Diploma in Early childhood education, Sleep Settling for Babies (Night Nannies) and a Certificate of infant, childhood, and adolescent nutrition (birth - 18years). She also holds a current:
• Certificate in first aid (specialising in infant and young adults)
• Working with children check - issued from the NSW office
• Police check
• Insurance from VIA nanny sure
Bianca has an empathetic and holistic approach to helping parents help their kids. She’s able to unearth underlying problems - big and small - offering practical tips gained from her years of experience and knowledge. She gets how each family member can play a vital role in supporting one another - and how little things on a day-to-day level can make a huge impact.
And so Bianca’s mission is simple: to offer simple, gentle and effective guidance for growing families.
